"WORRY FREE" property management is the best way to describe our 3 year relationship with Renee Harvey of Century Property Management. We purchased our Arvada home in 2000 but were not ready to move from Florida. Renee kept our home satisfactorily leased for all but two months of vacancy which occurred during a tenant change. We moved to our Arvada home in October2003 and were thrilled to find it in EXCELLENT condition.

All of this did not happen by accident as much time, energy and effort is spent to screen tenants, video the property before and after a tenant, schedule any repairs, communicate with neighborhood associations as applicable as well as the tenant and keep the owner fully informed.
